Project Management and Interim Management

During my time at Bell, I worked with Markus in the IT organization and in the upper management of the company. After I hired Markus as a program manager, a varied development resulted thanks to his communication skills, methodological competence and versatile applicability. He took on responsibility and tasks wherever there was need... He received the management of the master data department at group level and established the EA (Enterprise Architecture) so that central and local requirements could be brought together. Markus was also temporarily used as Head of 3rd ERP, where he successfully managed IT in France, Belgium, Poland and Lichtenstein, which did not run on SAP. In addition to the various management work, Markus was also happy to work for cultural topics and organized training courses for employees and a "Project Club" where he invited external guest speakers to offer new inspiration to the project staff. I have always greatly appreciated the cooperation, his management style and his result orientation and therefore like to make my recommendation for Markus.

For four months, Markus Gmeiner has managed a task force that gave us optimal support both technically and methodically. This commitment helped to achieve the results we had hoped for... Markus Gmeiner's personal network had a very positive effect and contributed to the fact that on the one hand various parties worked out the solution options at one table in a well-coordinated manner and then successfully implemented them.

Markus is particularly characterized by openness and a sympathetic thirst for knowledge. These qualities make it easy for him to familiarize himself with new areas of function and activity... and, in connection with his first-class level of training, a deep understanding of process chains and entrepreneurial connections and many years of international experience, he constantly works at a very high level of performance. Markus lives and communicates his values and those of the company transparently and thus actively designs an appreciative working environment with a noticeable management culture.
